"I was looking for shoes at the deptford mall new jersey shop and if it wasn't for Brittany I probably wouldn't accept been very successful. As much as it was hard to find the shoe that I originally wanted, she was able to take the valuable fourth dimension to assist me settle for a similar shoe simply as worthy. Weas told I would get a response from a specialist only that never happened. Even responded to the confirmation email to explain but got no response. Bottom line is I now need to get someone to pick upwards the box and reship to my grandson then he will receive by Christmas. Shame on you lot for a lousy website and mode below average customer service. I responded with my problem within an hour from placing the order and was told it was too belatedly. Information technology volition definitely be a common cold day before you get whatever more business from me."

"I had the most pleasant shopping experince EVER at Dick's on Black Friday. The associates were all friendly and all seemed ahppy to exist at work, even at 5am on Black Fri. The shop manager was also friendly and helpful. Only the thing tha stood out to me the most was that the assembly seemed happy to exist there and to work for their manager. It really stood out to me and fabricated our shopping experience memorable."

"I similar the products they sell but going to the shop can be a terrifying experience. When you go to the plumbing fixtures room, it locks you in. There is no mode out, unless an employee unlock you from outside. There is a way to call for help merely the concluding time I was there it took me a good 5 minutes to be released. I asked the employee why they do it and he said that it was their policy, to keep their fitting rooms locked. By the style, you can't unlock the door from outside either."

Only to get a notice from them a month later that my spending limit was being decreased to $300, then to meridian it off ii more months later my account was closed by them with no notification until afterward the fact. "Ordered a Camwood training bat for my son. It arrived to lots of excitement, Only has a permanent "promotional wrapper" on it. While nosotros are both Tony Gwynn fans we would prefer non to see a promotional sticker stuck to the bat (see film) when he'southward putting in work. Took a lot of excitement and desire to go test it out at the batting cage this afternoon and put a large damper on information technology. Guess we will have to sand the bat downward and then re-varnish it. Makes no sense."

"I went to Dick's Sporting Goods in the woodlands, TX . I wanted to buy my son shoes for his birthday , all the workers were walking around not helping anyone. I watched and observed them , they would exit of their way to avoid people and beingness asked for help. They never offered to help , every unmarried ane of them were rude and had this awful demeanor, I asked a couple of them for shoe sizes they would literally bring the shoe box out to me and walk abroad , SEVERAL of them did that , I was shocked . Finally I decide to get my son the pair he wants , I actually wanted to buy him a couple of pairs but I was so dissatisfied with the service I only got him one pair considering I had already promised him but decided I would buy the rest of his presents somewhere else. Then I get to the annals , the girl is literally turning her back at us texting. Then she turned around , asked if I had a number (with a horrendous mental attitude) when I said no she rolled her eyes scanned the box and told me the amount. She was then rude and condescending, her name was Michelle by the way . I asked her if in that location was a manager I could speak to and she said "why?" I just looked at her and she said "yes they are somewhere but I don't have a radio to page them" I just paid and left. I really shouldn't have bought anything as the shoes were NOT cheap but I only did it considering I was tired had only gotten off work and promised my son. This isn't the commencement time the customer service at this particular store and location has been extremely disappointing,I volition NEVER spend another dime at Dicks sporting goods."

"The customer service at the Rim location in San Antonio sucks. Both managers that I spoke with were unable to practice annihilation besides repeat what the store workers said. Their advantage organization is even worse. After purchasing a pair of shoes with advantage points that didn't work out I tried to substitution them using those aforementioned points. I was told I couldn't exchange them and would accept to wait until the points were put back on my business relationship. I was given a receipt that said the points would exist back bachelor to be used in a couple of days so I asked to put the shoes I wanted on hold and returned a few days later to brand the purchase. When I went the second time to buy the shoes with the renewed rewards I was told that it would accept another few weeks earlier the points were put on my account so that I could use them. The manager said she would put the shoes on hold until that fourth dimension. At the fourth dimension I was told I called the manager to make sure the points were on my business relationship and said I'd be in that location right away to selection upwardly the shoes. I had even accumulated more points and was excited to use them. I showed up a tertiary time inside the hour and had to wait for someone to search and tell me the shoes had been put upwardly. They finally dug them out and when I proceeded to check out I was told that if I used my reward points for the purchase then I would lose large number of remaining reward points I had accumulated. A great way to "reward" skillful customers. I will never shop at a Dick's sporting goods again. Fortunately I found the Hoka shoes I wanted to purchase online straight from Hoka for less than they were request at Dick's. I will never shop in that location over again!"
